Rex and Pam Johnson

Senior Pastor

Rex & Pam came to Bethel as Senior Pastor in May of 2021. He & Pam, married in 1989, have two sons, one daughter-in-law and two grand-daughters. Rex was ordained in 2004 and has been ministering for 21 years. Rex & Pam have a passion for ministry. They have a deep love for people and work with everyone to see their lives grow in the Lord Jesus Christ. Rex has a preaching style that everyone enjoys. He is simple, to the point and Biblical in his sermons. Rex received his Doctoral Degree from Piedmont College of Theology - Georgia

Tyler and Carrie Lasseter
Youth Ministry

We are excited to welcome Tyler and Carrie Lasseter to Bethel Baptist Church.

Tyler and Carrie have accepted to the Youth ministry position and have begun teaching the word to the youth. Tyler is 24 years old from Sycamore, Ga. He owns his own welding business and loves to rope and spend time at the gym. Carrie is 23 years old from Tifton, Ga. She is a wound care nurse at Southwell and loves to spend time with her family and of course go antique shopping. Tyler and Carrie are approaching 1 year of marriage come September 20th. We are excited to have them join us and the Bethel Youth Group.

“We pray we can pour into these kids and that they may go and grow in Christ. We pray we can be the strong leaders they need to help them through life’s challenges as a youth. We pray that God may mold us and shape us into the youth group we need to become for His glory and His purpose.”

Jayne Dalrymple
Office Manager

Jayne began as secretary of Bethel Baptist in May 2021. She is the widow of Larry Dalrymple. She has a son and daughter and her two granddaughters are the light of her life.

Emily Bowers
Music Director

Emily is married to Scott Bowers and they have 3 children. Music and teaching have always been her passion and her greatest blessings come from sharing the gospel of Jesus through music and discipling children.
